Vision

Seeing the local churches of the Central African Republic with leaders who are equipped to teach the narrative of God’s word clearly in the native language and culture in an organically growing movement as well as seeing the local community growing in the ability to live more self-sustainably from agricultural and business projects and see the less privilege elevated through aid and education.

Strategy

1. Become proficient in speaking the Sango language within 18 months by using the Growing Participators Approach and its resources.

2.Develop chronological Bible teaching material in the Sango language for training leaders in the local church. This will be the main focus of 18 months following proficiency in the Sango language.

3. Build and grow relationships with 4 to 5 local churches and their leaders, keeping in contact on a monthly basis. This is for learning and working with them on local and spiritual needs of the community.

4.Work with and discover possibilities with local churches and organizations to produce agricultural projects to benefit the community on a self-sufficient level.

5.Focus on opportunities to help homeless boys on the street with locally appropriate projects, such as feeding and housing and education.
